About the Role
As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing daily accounting operations, financial reporting, tax compliance, and supporting business decision-making through accurate financial information.
Working closely with internal departments, suppliers, customers, and external partners, you will help maintain the company’s financial integrity while ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
What You’ll Do
Financial Operations
- Record and maintain daily accounting transactions accurately and timely.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and balance sheet accounts.
- Manage fixed assets, inventory accounting, and expense tracking.
Financial Reporting
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Monitor cash flow and support financial planning activities.
- Ensure financial records are complete, accurate, and properly documented.
Tax & Compliance
- Prepare and submit VAT, Corporate Income Tax, Personal Income Tax, and other statutory filings.
- Ensure compliance with Vietnamese Accounting Standards and applicable regulations.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Maintain proper accounting documentation and financial controls.
Business Support
- Coordinate with Sales, Procurement, HR, and Operations regarding financial matters.
- Support contract reviews, payment schedules, and customer credit management.
- Provide financial insights to support operational and strategic decision-making.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance financial efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or a related discipline.
- Experience in Accounting, Finance, or Financial Operations.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and Vietnamese tax regulations.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Good English communication skills are preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in technology, manufacturing, electronics, or distribution industries.
- Familiarity with ERP systems.
- Knowledge of inventory accounting and import-export transactions.
- Experience supporting financial audits and compliance activities.
- Professional accounting certifications are an advantage.
